Abstract
✓ An enlarged parotid lymph node excised from a young woman contained malignant cells. Three weeks later she developed signs of a brain tumor and died despite irradiation. Autopsy revealed a large frontal lobe glioblastoma multiforme which had infiltrated the dura. The lymph node, which had been the first manifestation of disease, contained identical tumor tissue. Keywords
