Nortriptyline-Induced Hepatic Failure

Abstract
We report a case of hepatic injury after treatment with nortriptyline in a therapeutic dose. There were symptoms of hepatitis and increased prothrombin time, serum alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatases. The patient recovered after discontinuation of the drug.Keywords
