Abstract
A new technique for clearing pigmented animal tissues and organs has been developed. Its advantages over existing techniques include a high bleaching effect without any deterioration of the treated objects. The bleaching can be combined with a decalcifying process if the tissues and organs contain calcium. This technique should find ready application in the bleaching of all kinds of pigmented animal organs. Keywords
