Abstract
Laryngeal papillomata in the [human] adult, similar in every way to juvenile laryngeal papillomas, are not as rare as suggested in some literature. The age of onset is a continuum through childhood to late adult life. Cases (52) treated in 5 Toronto [Ontario, Canada] teaching hospitals between 1969 - 1979 are reviewed and the treatment and complications are discussed.
