Abstract
SUMMARY: A series of oligosaceharides of DP 3–10 was isolated from acid‐converted 42‐DE corn syrup with large‐scale carbon chromatography. The samples thus isolated, obtained as amorphous powders, were shown to be chromatographically pure by paper chromatography.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
