Abstract
TSK-GEL SW was found to be useful as a packing in high performance liquid chromatography for the separation of double-stranded DNA restriction fragments. DNA fragments smaller than 300 base pairs were separated as discrete peaks depending solely upon difference in chain length. The recovery of DNA fragments was higher than 90%.Keywords
