Abstract
An improved procedure for the production of cellulase by Myrothecium verrucaria is described. The mold is grown in two stages in the same culture vessel: firstly on a semisolid medium of ground extracted cotton linters moistened with a solution of inorganic salts, and then, by addition of further salt solution, in submerged culture. Keywords
