Abstract
A further case of chronic ulcerative enteritis is presented. In this case there was clear evidence that the ulcerative process was superimposed upon atrophic jejunitis with malabsorption. The development of ulceration produced a picture of small bowel obstruction and its differential diagnosis from neoplasm was not possible without laparotomy. Keywords
