Abstract
Three immunological methods (radioimmunoassays and enzymoimmunoassay) were established for the sensitive and specific measurement of human lysozyme in biological fluids. Using these methods, human lysozyme was determined in the concentration range of 5 to 250 ng/ml. Although radioimmunoassay with dextran-coated charcoal offered the best precision, enzymoimmunoassay by the sandwich technique using microtiter plates was found to be the most convenient method, giving satisfactory precision and reproducibility. Keywords
