Abstract
Der Plasminogen-Aktivator Urokinase (UK) wurde mit einer neu entwickelten Technik an Nylon-Oberflächen immobilisiert. Bei klinischen Versuchen zeigten derart präparierte Oberflächen eine hervorragende antithrombotische Wirkung. Urokinase (UK), a plasminogen activator was immobilized on nylon surface by application of a newly devised technique.
