Abstract
Twelve patients underwent reconstruction of the posterior meatal wall using Proplast. In 11 cases this was combined with a tympanoplasty. The implant was removed from 9 of the patients. Proplast does not appear to be a suitable material for use in infected or potentially infected sites such as mastoid cavities. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
