Abstract
The problem of coordinating major electrical equipment in generating station auxiliary systems has been addressed. The solution discussed involves a designer oriented computer-aided optimization technique for measuring the sensitivities between the system operating limits and performance requirements. An illustrative example set of calculations, based on Detroit Edison's Fermi-2 nuclear unit, are shown in some detail.Keywords
