Abstract
Low temp. (48[degree]F, 8.89[degree]C) inhibited reproduction, and increasing the amt. of light per day up to 17 hrs. had a minor role in stimulating reproduction. A combination of higher temp. (80[degree]F, 26.67[degree]C) and increasing amts. of light was slightly more effective than higher temp, and 10 hrs. of light daily. On the basis of air temp. records, critical temp. for reproduction appears to be near 60cF (15.56[degree]C.) in the vicinity of College Station, Texas. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
