Primary Intraosseous Meningioma Presenting as a Solitary Osteolytic Skull Lesion

Abstract
Meningiomas that are either intraosseous in origin or osteolytic are rare. Intraosseous meningiomas are generally osteoblastic. Our case is the second reported case of a primary intraosseous meningioma presenting as an osteolytic skull lesion.
