Abstract
Erythrocyte glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-PDH) was studied by vertical starch-gel electrophoresis in Sardinian subjects. A slow migration of the enzyme of type-B was found in subjects with normal G-6-PDH and in intermediate females. The electrophoretic pattern in G-6-PDH deficient subjects was of the type B[long dash]. The phenotype B is also present in erythrocyte G-6-PDH of premature infants. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
