Abstract
Eye and head movements [in humans] contribute to changes in gaze at near distances within .+-. 14.degree. when viewing points of light or letters. The proportion of eye movement increases with task difficulty (56% for points of light and 79% for 6/12 Landolt C). The dead zone for head movement was about .+-. 6.degree. for points of light and 11.degree. for letters, both values being much smaller than the .+-. 30.degree. previously reported. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
