Abstract
The energies, intensities and coincidences of the rays following the radioactive decay of 4.4-h to levels of have been determined. 85 rays have been fit into a level scheme between 25 excited states. Spin and parity assignments are deduced and discussed as are the results of earlier and reaction studies. The level structure of is compared with other odd-mass nuclides and the presence of strong competition discussed.
