Abstract
Two recent court decisions in the Florida Court of Appeals have potential to limit sharply those areas of testimony deemed allowable for neuropsychologists in brain injury cases in the United States. Where should neuropsychologists draw limits on their testimony? What elements of training and experience are relevant for expertness in the forensic setting? These and other issues arising from these cases are presented. Keywords
