Abstract
The peptone-collagen overlay method is a simple, sensitive and specific procedure for the isolation of collagenase strains or mutants. The method could be used in the leather and related industries as a quality control procedure for assaying collagenolytic bacteria on hides and skins. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
