Abstract
The 51 Zenaida a asiatica from Texas showed: Haemoproteus columbae in 51; H sacharovi in 26; Plasmodium sp. in 2; Trypanosoma avium in 2 (marrow only); and avirulent Trichomonas gallinae in all 51. Leucocytozoa and microfilaria larvae were not encountered. Hippoboscids (Stilbometopa podopoatyla and Microlynchia pusilla) were recovered from some birds.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
