Abstract
A) Improvements in Weber''s method for the determination of glycocyamine are descr. which result in increased sensitivity and repro-ducibility. The probable error of the mean of quadruplicate analyses was [plus or minus]0.6%. A shorter and less specific method is descr. for use in certain restricted circumstances. The probable error of the mean of quadruplicate analyses was [plus or minus]0.15%.[long dash]B) The method of Jorpes and Thoren for determination of arginine was modified to give increased stability of color and an accuracy of [plus or minus]2.3%.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
