Abstract
Detection of X-ray diffraction peaks of CaSO4·½H2O and CaSO4·2H 2O was used to determine actual amounts of gypsum products and reactants at any time during setting. Experiments were then conducted to measure rates of gypsum product formation during setting of dental plaster and stone mixed at various WlP ratios. Keywords
