Abstract
It is what we learn after we think we know it all, that counts.—Anonymous MICROPROCESSOR speeds double every 18 months. The total body of medical information doubles every 5 years. What we learned in medical school and residency becomes obsolete at an ever increasing rate. Nonetheless we are ethically, morally, medicolegally, bureaucratically (license requirements, hospital credentials), financially, and competitively bound to assimilate and implement this endless fountain of new information. How is the busy practitioner to keep pace? Keywords
