Abstract
Because young people today have demanded an active part in educational decision‐making, group programs have been innovated in a number of institutions throughout the country. Described here is an unusual group counseling program, implemented in a city prison, in which teachers are invited to meet with the students to discuss problems that exist between them. Excerpts from one such group include descriptions of the session as viewed by the counselor and teacher, and evaluation by the students.
