Abstract
CT-guided thalamotomy has been used in Frenchay Hospital since 1985 in the treatment of movement disorders. This technique avoids intraventricular contrast injections and therefore simplifies the placement of thalamic lesions, decreases patient morbidity and shortens inpatient stay. Our experience with this technique is presented. Keywords
