Abstract
The bandwidth and radiation characteristics of a simple quarter wave microstrip antenna on a typical ferrite substrate are measured and compared with the theoretical results in the lower range of ultrahigh frequency (UHF). A method has also been discussed for impedance matching of the antenna to the feed line. Keywords
