Abstract
An atypical example of gonadal dysgenesis with male pseudohermaphroditism is described. The condition presented at puberty and was complicated by an embryonal carcinoma of the abdominal testis and progressive virilization of recent onset. The tumour recurred after removal, proved relatively insensitive to deep X-ray therapy and was ultimately fatal about 9 months after laparotomy.
