Smooth Muscle Tumors of the Testicular Adnexa

Abstract
One of 3 patients with leiomyosarcomas of the epididymis and spermatic cord treated by inguinal orchiectomy was cured, 1 died 18 mo. after diagnosis and 1 was living but had a pulmonary metastasis 4 yr after excision of the primary tumor. All 3 patients with leiomyoma of the testicular adnexa were cured. The literature concerning smooth muscle tumors of the adnexa is reviewed.This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
