Chondrodystrophia calcificans congenita (Conradi's disease) in a mother and her child

Abstract
A case of a mother suffering from chondrodystrophia calcificans congenita, who gave birth to a baby with the same disease, is described. The previous idea that this disease shows an autosomal recessive inheritance must be reconsidered, as evidently a dominant inheritance also occurs.
