Abstract
When conservative measures fail to control menorrhagia, most women have been offered hysterectomy. Endoscopic endometrial ablation presents a less radical alternative which appears to have significant advantages in patient acceptance and reduced hospital stay. The long-term outcome of these techniques remains uncertain. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
