Abstract
A simplified procedure for demonstrating the parasexual cycle is presented. The sequence of laboratory experiments, using a conidial strain rather than an ascosporic strain of Aspergillus nidulans, requires a minimum of time and materials, and can be completed successfully within a 14-week period. Keywords
