Primary Localized Amyloidosis of Glans Penis

Abstract
Primary localized amyloidosis of the parameatal skin of the glans penis and trachea, subsequently verified at necropsy, occurred in a 52-year-old man. Two other cases of primary localized amyloidosis of the glans penis, one involving a segment of the corona and the other the parameatal skin, were found in the literature. The penile amyloid deposit in the three patients has been painless, nodular, tan or yellow, and rubbery.
