Abstract
Summary: Five cultures of coliform organisms are described which contain Salmonella antigens. The flagellar antigens of these bacteria have no relationship to Salmonella. One O-antigen was found to have the same formula as that of S. onderstepoort. Once the complete O-antigen of S. worthington, and in four cases components of the O-antigens of S. worthington, S. poona and the O-antigen I were found. In four strains there were residual non-Salmonella antigenic components. Keywords
