Abstract
Chronic synovitis is a rare complication of sarcoidosis, virtually confined to the black population. Synovial histology may be nonspecific or show typical sarcoid granulomata. Two cases of chronic sarcoid synovitis in male Caucasians are reported. Histology showed typical granulomata in 1 patient, whose distinctive arthroscopic appearance is discussed. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
