Abstract
The purpose of this is paper is to present briefly a review on the current state of the art of radiofrequency catheter ablation and describe areas of future challenge: what is left. We must ensure quality control of our training programmes and procedures as we progress to the next challenge, that of atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachyorrhythmias in patients with structural heart diseuse.Keywords
