Abstract
The article presents a study which explored role differences in relationships between degree of role clarity and various personal outcomes and in the moderating effects of need for clarity for supervisory and nonsupervisory roles. The methodology of the study is described, as well as the administration of questionnaires and scales used in the study. A discussion of the findings of the study and implications for future research are also presented, including scales displaying the results of the research.
