np Phase Shifts from 1.1 1.7GeV/c

Abstract
Available np elastic including the recent ΔσL(I=0) and σr(I=0) measurements have been analyzed in the momentum range 1.1∼1.7GeV/c. By requiring continuity of the phase shifts in energy and starting with the recent np phase shifts known below 1.1GeV/c, we have found a solution for the I=0 phase parameters with the I=1 part being fixed to those values obtained previously from the analysis of the pp data. Predictions for various observables are given in graphs.Keywords
