Measurement of the Lifetimes of theΛ0Hyperon andK10Meson

The lifetimes of the ${\Lambda }^0$ hyperon and the ${K_1}^0$ meson were measured in a spark-chamber experiment. With 2260 events the ${\Lambda }^0$ lifetime was found to be (2.31±0.10)×${10}^{-10\mathrm{}}$ sec. The ${K_1}^0$ lifetime was measured to be (0.86±0.04)×${10}^{-10\mathrm{}}$ sec with 545 events.
