Abstract
A small Geiger‐Müller counter model constructed for the purpose of studying in vivo the metabolism of beta‐particle isotopes in normal and pathological tissues is described. A ballast bulb was added to the small Geiger counters, thus increasing the volume of argon‐alcohol mixture which appears to prolong the life of the counter. Keywords
