Abstract
The principles of pain control in cancer have not changed over the past four years, but our understanding of opioids has increased in many areas. This update reviews recent developments and new knowledge in morphine pharmacokinetics, new and established opioids, opioid actions and routes of opioid administration, including spinal routes.Keywords
