Abstract
The cytodiagnosis of virus infected cells in the urine of immunosuppressed patients is a new and important aspect of exfoliative cytology. A case report is presented which demonstrates the detection of diagnostic viral inclusions in a renal allograft recipient with CID [cytomegalic inclusion disease]. Diagnostic cells with good cytologic detail are observed using a cytocentrifuge technique. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
