Abstract
The method consists of injecting intraperit. massive doses of human tubercle bacilli into mice. Chemotherapy is begun after 48 hrs. and continued for 7 days. Food consumption, body wt., and mortality of the mice were followed for 3 wks. At the end of this period, autopsy is performed on the remaining mice and macroscopic lesions counted.Keywords
