Abstract
Mr. Robin Guy is a commercial beekeeper, operating about a thousand colonies of Apis mellifera adansonii in Langstroth hives. Here he describes his own approach to the question of primitive hives with movable combs, but no frames. This question is discussed in detail on page 33.Keywords
