Abstract
Summary: The data presented extend the observations of other investigators on the ability to obtain immune hemolysis with complement of erythrocytes sensitized with antibodies other than the anti-erythrocyte antibody. It has been shown that sheep erythrocytes, to which p-azo-phenyl-arsonate groupings have been attached, may be hemolyzed upon addition of complement to the cells previously sensitized with rabbit anti-p-azo-phenyl-arsonate antibody. Keywords
