Abstract
• A case of horseshoe lung occurred in a 7-month-old infant, the first, we believe, to be associated with horseshoe kidney. This lesion should be considered in any infant with dextrocardia, recurrent cardiorespiratory distress, and pulmonary infections. (Am J Dis Child 129:1343-1345, 1975)Keywords
