Abstract
The prognostic importance of tissue polypeptide antigen (TPA) in urine samples of patients with urological cancers has been evaluated. TPA concentration correlated well both with the stage of the disease and survival. A simple score system was devised. There was very significant worsening of the prognosis with increasing score. Keywords
