Access for Low-Income Children: Is Health Insurance Enough?

Abstract
This journal article, based on a study of programs in FL, ME, and MI, concludes that initiatives to expand health insurance for low-income children should consider the structure of the delivery system, particularly the importance of a medical home in ensuring accessible, comprehensive, and coordinated services.
