Abstract
"There is no support for the hypotheses relating Rorschach approach and thinking in terms of generalizations or details using either a structured or an unstructured cognitive task; there is evidence that Z, a measure of organizational activity on the Rorschach, is related to selecting more highly organized responses in a structured cognitive task when intelligence and speed are controlled, [and] when compared with the Rorschach variables used in this study, vocabulary, an intellectual measure, is a better predictor of choice of relevant details and generalizations from irrelevant generalizations and details regardless of whether speed is controlled.".Keywords
