Abstract
The status of children's rights and the demographic changes occurring in the United States are explored. The article highlights how U.S. culture is becoming increasingly pluralistic and considers how service providers from school, health, social welfare agencies, and the courts can provide effective, ethical services and protect the rights of children. Keywords
