Abstract
We consider the squeezing of the electromagnetic field resulting form the interaction of light in a coherent state with one- and two-photon Jaynes-Cummings models of the two-level atom. We also consider high-order squeezing in the sense of Hong and Mandel [Phys. Rev. Lett. 54, 323 (1985)] and also of Hillery [Phys. Rev. A 36, 3796 (1987)].Keywords
